< PART NUMBER TRANSLATION RESULTS >

    1. According to the selected Part Name Code and Vehicle 
       Information, only applicable Part Numbers are displayed.

        * The only Part Numbers valid for the input Vehicle 
          Information can be displayed. 
          Click "CondSwitch" button to change the display mode. 

            - When you need to check all Part Numbers, regardress of
              the Production Date and Model, select "Match off".

            - When you reduce them by Production Date, Color Code,
              Trim Code, and Model, select "Match on".

            - When you reduce them by Maker Option with the input
              Frame No, select "Spec off".

    2. Select a Part Number and enter the quantity to be ordered.

    3. If you want to use local supply Parts instead of Toyota Genuine
       parts, call the [Setup Menu] from the [Main Menu] and execute 
       the [Locally Supplied Parts Setup]. 
       
           Then the Local Supplied Part Numbers and Toyota Part
           Numbers shall be displayed together. In the "PNC" column,
           "(LOCAL)" shall be displayed for locally Supplied Part Number.

    4. The information on this screen can be stored in the computer.

           Select a Part Number and execute the [Save File List] from
           the [Main Menu].  
           The saved data can be called by executing the [Save File
           List] from the [Main Menu]

    5. The information on this screen can be printed.

           If you selected some Part Number(s), only those 
           selected Part Number(s) are printed.
           If you did not select any Part Number, all of the 
           searched Part Numbers are printed.

    6. List Price can be displayed.

           Click "Price" button.
           The Price File need to be setup beforehand.
           Call the [Setup Menu] from the [Main Menu] and execute the
           [Price File Setup].

    7. Abbreviation can be searched.

           If you do not understand the meaning of Models(Description),
           click "Abb" button. 
           Then the [Abbreviation Search] screen appears.

    <Re-retrieval>
    8. In the case where there are many candidate Part Numbers as a
       result of translation, you can reduce them by entering more
       Vehicle Information.

        (1) Click "Retran" button.

            Of "Frame No", "Production Date", "Color Code" and "Trim
            Code", the items which have not entered can be entered.
            When Model isn't fixed, "Charac" button can be clicked.

            * If you already have entered the Model on the [Vehicle
              Input] screen, Characteristics cannot be entered here.
              Also, if the combination of the entered Characteristics
              does not apply to the existing Model, the error message
              will appear to prompt re-entry. (Charactristics)

        (2) Enter the Vehicle Information in the input area.

            When reducing by Chracteristics, click "Charac" button
            and select Chracteristics.

        (3) After the information addition is finished, click "Exec"
            button.

            The candidate Part Numbers are reduced by the input
            Vehicle Information.

    9. Translated results can be used by another system.

           If you want to connect these data to your own in-house
           system such as order processing system, press "Intf" button.
           (A locally developed connection program is a pre-requisite.)
           If you do not want to connect the data of some Part Number
           to your system, then erase it with blank.

    search or another Model search, or click "No" button to select
    the Part Number.

    program or click "Print" button to print the screen, and report
    to the consultant.
